This bayside home, built in 1880, has an
imposing view of the ocean and Valparaíso's Bay.
Despite its complete restoration, the architecture continues
to represent Valparaíso in the 19th Century. Rooms
are spacious, ranging from 26 to 36 m² with ceilings
of 4 meter high. Natural light reaches all of its cozy rooms
and bathrooms. The floors are made of redwood, and the brick
and stone foundations are in plain sight. In complement, the
original building is furnished to modern taste, filled with
happy colors and a meticulous attention to detail, such as
sheets made of 400-strand Egyptian cotton, 600-gram bathroom
towels, alpaca shawls and a Wi-Fi connection everywhere.
This mix between tradition and modernity is a true pleasure.
Breakfast is already notoriously famous and is served either
in your room or at the winter garden where you can enjoy
the view. The terraces are ideal for enjoying the good ocean
climate, including a lower terrace with a outside Jacuzzi.

(2) sitting under the arches in the deck in the shadow of
the almond trees with a glass of wine or homemade beer;
(3) the Honesty Bar, where each guest is served as if in
his home, particularly in the early evening, when the appetizers
are most tempting.
