Boutique Hotel Sutherland House is adjacent to the typical area of ​​historic preservation, in a house whose construction dates back to 1870, a vernacular architectural style, in the Cerro Alegre. This hill is known for its valuable cultural and artistic tradition, with a large and wide range of eateries, lodging, art exhibitions and workshops. Allowing an influx of domestic and foreign visitors.
