From the year 2008, we began the restoration process, which, under the concept of an architecture of observation and interpretation, would unify the four floors of the building into a small hotel with six rooms - in the three first floor-with games and a terrace with unbeatable views over the Bay and the surrounding hills - the fourth floor. Under the supervision, execution and labour from its owners, the project of rehabilitation, at all stages lasted little more than three years, adjusted to the original techniques and own the building materials. Wood and Earth - the original components - were re-used and replaced by 100% of other houses and buildings of the port in the period of reconstruction. In addition to other elements and objects of interest to join the panelling, furniture and decoration of the building. Adapting to contemporary aesthetics each space underwent tailored to create comprehensive environments that respect the original specialty and put into value the characteristic elements of the building: the heights, coatings, lights and shadows, the disposition of each floor according to their transit.

On one side are the rooms facing north, high brightness, which are closely watching the historic center of Cerro Concepción and the prospect of the bay, which allow clear air days to see the Andes and the Aconcagua. Then there are the rooms attached to the yard of light and the hill where the rock or retaining walls are listed as giving players a unique and exotic warmth to the interiors. The bathroom matches the style of each room. Is projected according to their function with the use of stone, ceramics, wood, earth, screen printing and glass coating, environment and distribute artifacts and facilities with the highest standard of quality.
