Viña Casa Silva has and runs an exquisite hotel and
restaurant, the former restored in large part to its original
condition, an authentic Colchaguan house of yesteryear. Both
are typically Chilean in design.
Hotel guests and visitors to the restaurant will be presented
with a selection of wonderful Chilean food as well as international
dishes. The restaurant itself is situated within one of the
barrel rooms.
While staying at the hotel, you will be able to live an important
part of our history. The building was the founding farmhouse
of the estate and it has been renovated to be able to supply
you with a perfect stay and facilities of international standards.
